Course Outline

Project teams need to reset their thinking and approaches to work within an Agile and Scrum development environment by focusing on collaboration and co-creation over command and control, frequent delivery of high-value defect-free products over the one big release, and risk management that is embedded within the process rather than as a separate activity.
