What is PRINCE2?
PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) has been described as the world’s most popular project management methodology. It is a process-based method for effective project management.

PRINCE2 Foundation Qualification
The purpose of the foundation qualification is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2. The foundation qualification is also a prerequisite for the Practitioner qualification.
The exam is 60 minutes long, and closed book test held on the third day of the course. The exam consists of 75 multiple choice questions with a pass rate of 50%.
PRINCE2 Practitioner Qualification
The purpose of the Practitioner qualification is to confirm whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a scenario situation. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project but may not be sufficiently skilled to do this appropriately for all situations.
The exam is 2.5-hours long and scenario based 8 questions is held on the last day. The pass rate is 55%.

This 5-day course will fully prepare you for both the Foundation and Practitioner certification exams. Both exams are written during the course and included with your tuition. The course can also be taken in a modular approach if participants desire to attend Foundation and Practitioner separately. Attendees also obtain 35 PDUs upon completion of the course.
