This course covers the skills needed to defend enterprise networks against modern cyber threats. You learn how to apply network security controls, monitor for intrusions, configure firewalls and IDS/IPS, and respond to network-based attacks.
Topics include network security fundamentals, perimeter defense, network monitoring, vulnerability management, firewall and IPS configuration, incident response, and network forensics. The course prepares you for the EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) exam.
By the end of the course, you will be able to apply practical network defense techniques and be ready to sit the CND certification exam.
