ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) is a module in the ITIL 4 Managing Professional stream that focuses on the end-to-end delivery of IT services. Students learn to integrate service design, transition, delivery, and support activities using ITIL 4 practices, apply service value stream thinking, manage service desk operations, and use tooling and data analytics to continuously improve service delivery performance.
