Microsoft Teams End User is a foundational course for employees who use or will use Microsoft Teams as their primary collaboration platform. Students learn to navigate Teams, communicate via chat and channels, participate in and host Teams meetings effectively, share and co-author files using SharePoint and OneDrive integration, and use Teams apps and integrations to keep their work organized in one place.
What You Will Learn
- Navigate the Microsoft Teams interface including teams, channels, chats, and the activity feed
- Communicate with colleagues using Teams chat including formatting, emojis, reactions, and @mentions
- Post messages in channels, use threads, and manage team notifications effectively
- Schedule, join, and host Microsoft Teams meetings including screen sharing and breakout rooms
- Share and collaborate on files in Teams using SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 apps
